Marinade:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp light Karo syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger


Skewers:
1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 inch squares
Large cut veggies: onion, bell pepper, mushrooms
Canned whole new potatoes

Directions:

Blend all marinade ingredients in a blender. Pour over chicken cubes - cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight - turning occasionally.

Dip potatoes in marinade. Skewer chicken with cut up veggies and potatoes.

Grill 3 minutes per side or until everything cooks.

This is my mom's "famous"recipe. We make it every summer and call it "the Chicken Stuff". We have found that tomatoes (tho pretty) get really soft and messy so we do red peppers instead.
