4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Jalapeņo pepper (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13x9 pan with non stick spray
Put bell peppers, onions and jalapeņo in bottom of pan.
Pour the 4 cups shredded cheese on top of vegetables.
Pour the 12 beaten eggs evenly on top of the cheese. (Salt and pepper your eggs)

Bake at 350 till eggs are browned and set.
Careful not to over cook!

You can also leave vegetables out and have plan egg and cheese casserole.
