3/4 c. heavy cream
1 medium clove garlic crushed
6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
Freshly ground pepper

In medium saucepan over medium heat, bring cream and garlic just to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until the cream coats the back of a spoon. (5-10 minutes)

Remove from heat. Stir in blue cheese. Season with pepper.
