Ingredients:  
1 pound Medium Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon Lemon or Lime Juice
3 Bay Leaves
½ pint Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
7 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
¾ pound Linguine or other pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shrimp in water seasoned with Old Bay, juice, and bay leaves until just cooked. Drain.
Whisk olive oil and balsamic until emulsified. Add tomatoes and basil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Fold together with shrimp.
Serve over linguine or other pasta.
