1½ pounds Smoked Sausage, sliced
20 ounces Southern Hash Browns (frozen)
2 (14 ounce) cans Chicken Stock
10 ounces Corn (frozen)
2 cups Milk
⅓ cup Green Onions, sliced
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅔ cup Cilantro, chopped
Hot Sauce, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sliced sausage in a soup pot. Add chicken stock, hash browns, and corn. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk, green onions, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir in cilantro and season with hot sauce.
