1/3 cup finely minced chopped shallots

1.5 cups Merlot

1.5 cups low sodium beef broth

1 tsp. butter

3 TBS chopped fresh parsley

1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat a pan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat
2. Add the shallots and saute 3 minutes or until tender
3. Stir in the wine
4. Bring to a boil; cook until reduced to 3/4 cup (about 4 minutes)
5. Stir in the broth; cook until reduced to 1 1/4 cup (About 6 minutes)
6. Add the butter, stirring until melted
7. Stir in the parsley and salt.
8. Served over beef slices
