¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
2 large eggs
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
1 (12oz) can of evaporated milk
1 deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425º

Combine sugar and spices together in small bowl. Then beat eggs in large bowl and stir in the pumpkin and sugar-spice mix in large bowl. Add the milk and stir until well blended. Pour into pie crust and then cover the edges with aluminum foil (keeps crust from burning)

Bake pie 15 minutes on 425º then reduce temperature to 350º and finish baking another ~45 minutes.
