12 Eggs - Separated
2/3 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Ground Walnuts
4 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Grated Lemon Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar at low speed for 15 minutes. Add nuts and mix well. Sift in flour and baking powder to batter. Mix thoroughly. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to batter. Mix in lemon rind and bake at 350° for one hour. Invert pan and let cool completely. Top with favorite icing.
