1½ tsp yeast
½ tsp salt
2 cups and 1 T. flour
¼ and 2 T sugar
½ unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
½ cup milk


1½ T. butter
2 cups diced apples
⅓ cup brown sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup raisins

Bread maker:
add yeast, salt, sugar, flour, egg, applesauce, milk in order. Process on dough cycle. Roll out the dough when done. Spread with melted butter and spread apples, sugar, cinnamon and raisins

Roll and pinch ends. Put on cookie sheet that was sprayed to prevent sticking. Raise covered for 45 minutes. I use a clean towel to cover.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degrees oven
