5 eggs separated
Pinch of cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups Powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3 squares chocolate
3/4 large pkg chocolate chips
1/3 cup water
7 4gg whites1/2 cup sugar
3 cups whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla

`Beat 5 egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar unti soft peaks form. Fold in 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbs at a time. Beat until very stiff and fold in 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar sifted with 1/3 cup cocoa. Using a square pan mark off on waxed paper size of pan, then grease area. Make 3 squares and fill in with batter. Bake 300 º 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool and fill with mousse. I double boiler, melt 3/4 large pkg chips, 1/3 cup water. Cool. In bowl beat7 egg whites with a little cream of tartar,1/2cup sugar untilstiff. In a separate bowl beat 3 cup whipping creams down vanilla and drambuie. Cold chocolate into whites, then cream.
