12 ounces broad egg noodles
1 tablespoon Dijon or honey mustard
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
1 cup diced celery (optional)
2-4 cups diced cooked ham
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup (not diluted)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2-3 cups frozen vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º C
Cook egg noodles until al dente and drain.
Put butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion and celery and cook until tender.
In a large bowl mix ham, frozen vegetables,onions and celery.
Add mustard and condensed soup.
Mix well.
Place in greased casserole dish (9X13 inch).
Top with cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through

The measurements do not need to be exact. Use whatever kind of pasta and vegetables you have.
Works well to put it in individual serving dishes. To eat just heat in the microwave.
