5 large potatoes
2 large carrots (peeled and sliced)
onion small diced
3 stalks of celery
1 tbsp. butter or less
half and half - whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables with butter in water until tender. Drain all but 2 cups of water off. Put back on stove and add enough half and half and whipping cream to cover vegetables. Heat until warm. I usually use half of each one.
