1 stick of margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-rising flour
1 - 16 oz can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
optional: chopped pecans

Icing:
1 cup sugar
1 stick of margarine or butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3 Hershey's chocolate bars

Directions:
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350º
- cream margarine and sugar together
- add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one
- add flour, chocolate syrup and vanilla flavoring, mix well
- bake in a greased sheet cake pan for 40 minutes

Icing Instructions:
- add sugar, margarine and milk to a sauce pot
- boil for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring often
- remove from heat
- add chocolate bars and stir
- when bars are completely melted, pour icing over cake
- top with pecans if desired
