Ingredients:  
Cut up broccoli usually about 4 heads more if you want a bigger salad
Cooked bacon any amount you want
red onion I like at least 1/2 an onion
Sunflower seeds whatever amount that makes you feel good
Cheese I use a lot and I use the finely shredded Italian white 3 blend one

Dressing:

About a cup of mayo
Rice Wine Vinegar to taste
Sugar to taste

Combine ingredients, make dressing, combine
