1 lb large strawberries
1 12oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp solid vegetable shortening
⅓ cup white baking chips
1 tsp solid vegetable shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe berries with a damp cloth leaving stems attached. Place semi sweet chips and 2 tbsp shortening in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring at 1 min and and then again at 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Dip berries and then place on wax paper to set, about 20 min. Melt white chocolate and shortening in a freezer bag in a bowl of very hot water. Knead until completely smooth. Dry bag and then snip an end of the bag and drizzle over chocolate strawberries. Store in fridge for up to 2 days.
