2-1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar or Splenda
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 eggs
1 pkg butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350º
- combine flour, baking powder and salt together, set aside
- combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla flavoring together till creamy
- add in eggs
- slowly beat in flour mixture
- fold in 1 cup butterscotch chips and nuts into the batter
- spread mixture onto a greased 13 x 9 pan
- sprinkle with remaining butterscotch chips
- bake for 30 - 40 minutes till done
