1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage-any flavor
1 9 inch pie shell-deep or 2 9 inch pie shells-shallow
1 1/2 to 2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C. green pepper
1/4 C. re pimentos
2 T. onions-chopped
4 eggs-slightly beaten
1 C. light cream or milk (I use heavy whipping cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done: crumble then drain
Prepare 9 inch deep pie shell or 2 9 inch shallow pie shells
Mix cheese and sausage; sprinkle in shell
Lightly beat eggs in a bowl
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the egg mixture
Pour in shell

Bake @ 375 for 40-45 minutes
Cool on rack for 10 minutes

Use 2" deep pie shells and double everything except sausage and it will make 2 pies

Follow directions above exactly-use a "deep" 9 inch pie shell or 2 "shallow" 9 in pie shells
