1 1/4 cup sugar, divided
1 cup all purpose flour
7 tsp cocoa powder, divided
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350º

Step 1:
- stir 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together
- stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla flavoring, mix till smooth
- pour mixture into an un-greased baking pan

Step 2:
- mix 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tbsp cocoa powder together
- sprinkle dry mixture over the cobbler
- pour hot water over the top, Do Not Stir!
- bake for 40 minutes
