¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 stick unsalted butter
1½ pounds cleaned and peeled shrimp
½ tablespoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning
¼ cup white wine
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
--Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

--Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink (don't overcook)

--Remove shrimp and reserve sauce for dipping.

--Great served over pasta.

--Serve with french bread to dip into the sauce.

--This recipe came to Michael Maida from Russell Stewart's brother. Russell Stewart is a client and friend of Michael's who lives in Panama City and who has taken Michael alligator hunting. Sorry, no gator recipes, yet. And, Yes, he did get a gator.
