1 package graham crackers crushed
1/4 C sugar
6 T melted butter

(3) 8 oz cream cheese
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
5 eggs
(1) 16 oz can pumpkin
1 3/4 C pumpkin spice
1/4 C heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crumbs, sugar and melted butter
Press firmly over the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
Chill

Beat cream cheese until smooth
Add sugars
Add eggs one at a time
Beat until light and fluffy
Beat in pumpkin, spices and heavy cream

pour into prepared pan

Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour and 35 minutes

Garnish with 1 C chopped walnuts and bake 10 minutes longer
