1 - 12 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water or more
3 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 T. oil
2 T. red wine
4 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. sugar
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Cook bubbling for 2 hours using splatter screen. Last half hour take out bay leaf and add hamburger.
