1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 cup grounded raisins
1 cup oatmeal
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
⅛ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: oatmeal, flour, soda and salt. Set aside.

Cream together: sugar and butter, then add eggs and mix well. Add to flour mixture. Add raisins, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes or light brown.
