1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. fresh mint, minced
¼ tsp. tarragon
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
¼ tsp. marjoram, dried
¼ tsp. chervil, dried and crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a glass jar. Seal and let stand 5 days.

Strain through a double layer of cheese cloth.

Store in a covered jar.

Makes one cup.
