Pounded Round Steak
Oil & Butter?
Green Pepper
Onion
Garlic
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and flour pounded round steak. Brown in pot with oil and butter. Take meat out and sear large slices of bell peppers & onion, and a little garlic in same pot. Put meat back on top of vegies. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can of water. Simmer on low a couple of hours.
