For Salad:
1 Head romaine lettuce
homemade croutons (bread cut in squares and toasted in a pan with butter and chopped garlic)
cup shredded parmesan cheese
For Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp fine minced garlic
4 tbsp sherry vinegar
3 tsp lemon juice
dash worcheshire sauce
2 dashes tabasco sauce
cup olive oil
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all dressing ingredients together in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Wash and dry romaine lettuce. Tear into bite size pieces and put in large salad bowl. Add croutons, parmesan and as much dressing you need to dress this amount of salad. Serve immediately.
