brush top with butter, combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon

bake 400* about 20 min

cinnamon
sugar

cover with thin thin apples, add cinnamon+sugar

bake 400* about 20 min
 

upside down coffee cake

2 T butter
4 T sugar
sour cherries (or other fruit) that has been well drained

melt butter and add to pan
sprinkle 4 T sugar in pan
cover with sour cherries (or other fruit)
cover with dough from above
