4 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 small can bean sprouts
1 small can water chestnuts
1 small can mushrooms
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. arrow root

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all canned vegetables. Mix vegetables with green pepper, onion and broth in large saucepan. Heat to boiling.

Dissolve arrow root in a small amount of hot water. Slowly add to broth mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Simmer 5 minutes.

In a separate pot, measure protein serving from chicken. From liquid mixture, measure vegetable serving and 1 cup broth into pot holding chicken.

Mix and cook together until heated through.
