1½ cup grated swiss cheese
1 large onion, diced
4-5 slices crisp bacon crumbled
3 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup milk
½ tsp salt
dash cayenne pepper
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp dry mustard
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Sprinkle onion, bacon and then the cheese in bottom of pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in pie shell. Bake for 45 min until firm and brown.
Can freeze for future use, just don't bake before freezing. When ready to use, bake in 350º oven for 50 minutes.
