6 cups of flour
6 tsp of baking powder
6 tbsp of sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Raisins with a bit of flour
1 cup of shortening
1 – 2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400⁰.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisins.
Mix in shortening. In another bowl mix eggs, milk, and vanilla. Combine.
Roll out mixture (not too thin), and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400⁰ for 20 minutes.
