2 green plantains
Frying oil
Salt to taste

Serve with black bean dip.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Peel both plantians off and scrape them lightly with a knife.
2) Cut them into clised of about 1 inch thick
3) Fry them lightly, Mash them softly and fry them again, not letting them cool down.
4) Add the salt and serve
