1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 ½ cups cold water
1 4-serving size package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped with ½ cup sugar
box vanilla wafers
8-10 bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice & drained
1 carton cool whip (stir in 2½ tsp cinnamon)
small can coconut (optional)

In a large bowl, combine eagle brand milk and water. Add pudding and beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in prepared whipping cream. Spoon a cup a pudding mixture into a 2½ quart glass serving bowl. Stand wafers around side and spoon bananas on top. Repeat layering. Top with cool whip/cinnamon combination -- or cool whip/cinnamon/coconut combination.
