Oven-Baked Zucchini Fries Recipe

3 zucchini
¼ grated parmesan
1 package Shake & Bake
1 egg

Heat oven to 450

Trim zucchini, cut crosswise in half, then cut in ¼ inch sticks.

Add cheese to coating mix in shaker bag. Shake to combine.

Whisk egg in bowl. Add zucchini, toss to coat.

Use tongs to add ¼ of zucchini in shaker bag. Close bag, shake evenly to coat.

Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining zucchini.

Bake 12 to 13 minutes til golden brown, turning baking tray after 7 min to heat evenly.

Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients. Remove baked fries from oven and serve with dipping sauce.
