1 tbls butter
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup beef cooking liquid
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 dashes black pepper
1 tbls thinly sliced green onion tops
Directions:

Melt butter in medium sauce pan, add mushrooms, cook 5 minutes.

Add beef broth, cornstarch, salt and pepper

Bring to boil and stir until thickened

Stir in green onion
