1/2 cup butter
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
2 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Let stand 5 minutes before serving

Cream butter and cream cheese.

Add flour

Shape into 24 balls, cover and refridgerate for 1 hour

Press into bottom and sides of greased mini muffin pan

Sprinkle a rounded tsp of cheese and 1/2 tsp chili into each shell

In a bowl beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper

Spoon into shells

Bake 350° for 25 minutes

Let stand 5 minutes before serving
