Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

1 to 2 cucumbers
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 cans of Pillsbury loaf bread

Using a Pampered Chef Scalloped Bread Tube, bake the Pillsbury loaf for an hour sitting upright in the oven. Let cool and slice in 1/4 inch slices.

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian salad dressing mix together.
Spread this mixture on the bread slices and place a slice of cucumber on top.

The spread will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.

This recipe came from Jo Mazzotta when I taught her son in the 4th grade. She gave me the bread tube and recipe as a Christmas gift that I have enjoyed ever since.
