1 turkey roll (11 pounds of turkey uncooked)
1 stick of butter
1 can of chicken broth
Sprinkle with lots of seasoning salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Put in a roaster and must use a cooking bag to keep it moist and together.
Cook at 300º for about 4-6 hours. Turkey should fall apart and may need more chicken broth. Shred with a fork and serve hot on sweet Hawaiian buns.
