1 lb shrimp (16-20 count) peeled, deveined and tails left on
1 tbsp Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Paste)
¼ - ½ cup sliced scallions (green parts only)
¼ cup white wine
1-2 tbs olive oil
3-4 tbsp butter
1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade shrimp in jerk seasoning in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Add oil to hot pan (med temp). Add shrimp to heated oil and pan fry aprox 5 minutes until opague and a bit crisp, turning at least once. Deglaze pan with the wine. Add scallions and stir. Add butter and stir until melted. Take off heat and squeeze 2 of the lemon wedges over the shrimp. Serve immediately with remaining lemon wedges and warm sliced French bread. (may also serve over linguini as a main dish)
