12 inch thin crust pizza
1 tbls olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
3-4 large basil leaves cut into strips
2 small tomatoes thinly sliced
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbls parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven 450°

Drizzle olive oil over pizza shell, use a brush to spread evenly over entire crust

Disperse garlice evenly

Spread mozzarella cheese keeping it thin

Place tomatoes across pizza

Lightly salt and pepper

Spread basil making sure to get it on the tomatoes and cheese only

Bake 9-10 min or until melted to your liking ( approx 15 min for crust to bake)

Add parmesan
