32 oz bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (small cubes)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 cup melted butter
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup milk for moisture

For topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter


Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken soup, butter, sour cream, grated cheese, salt and onion. Add potatoes and mix. Put in a greased 9 x 13 dish.
Mix together 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and put on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 and a half hours

This recipe came from my mother, Gipsie Lane. My recipe card was typed by her on an old fashioned manual typewriter. I can barely read it after all these years, but I don't have the heart to rewrite it!
