6 chicken breasts
8 oz whipped cream cheese with onion and chives
1 T butter, cubed
6 bacon strips
Directions:

Flatten chicken breasts. Spread 3 T cream cheese over each breast. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Roll up. Wrap bacon around chicken breast. Place seam side down in greased 13x9" pan. Bake uncovered at 400º for 35-40 minutes. Broil 6" from heat 5 minutes until bacon is crisp.
