"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Put flour in mixing bowl. Add egg yolks and salt. Add water 2 tablespoons at a time until dough is stiff and easy to roll. Divide dough into 3 or 4 parts and roll 1 part at a time until it is the right thickness.
You can cut the piece of rolled dough into 4 pieces and roll up and cut with a knife the width you want. After cut, put on a floured board and let dry for a while. After dried, they are ready to cook. Boil in chicken broth. Some of the dough may be frozen for later use. It takes about 20 minutes to cook a batch of noodles.
