1 lb. Hamburger (Brown and Drain)

3/4 cup Chopped Celery

3/4 cup Chopped Onion

1 1/4 boiling Water

1/2 cup Uncooked Rice

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 can Cream of Rice Soup

1 can mushrooms (optional)

1 tbls. Brown Sugar

2 tbls. Soy Sauce

1 tsp. Butter

Bake at 350

30 minutes covered

30 minutes uncovered or until rice is fully cooked.

Serve with Chow Mein Noodles
