2 cups Vidalia onions
1 cup of Helmen’s Mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together by hand in bowl
Spray casserole dish with Pam
Place mixture in casserole bowl

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes (or longer if you double recipe) until melted and brown on top
I usually cover at first and then remove to brown the top
Serve with crackers and or hard crusty bread
