Ingredients:  
1 cup of milk
1/4 lb of butter
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tsp of baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except milk and butter with mixer
Heat on low the milk and butter until melted. DO NOT BOIL
Add milk and butter mixture a little at a time until well blended
9x12 pan-spray with Pam and dusting of flour to prevent sticking

Bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick clean

I like this cake plain but you can icing with your favorite icing
