1 lb. Italian sausage
1/3 stick of pepperoni (grated)
2 large cans tomato sauce
2 large cans petite diced tomatoes
2 cans - 4 Cheese Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
½ stick margarine
¼ c. sugar
Bag of Frozen Italian Meatballs
¼ c. Burgundy Cooking Wine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
- In large pot, combine all 6 cans together add 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning. Simmer on low/medium heat.
- As sauce is simmering, in a cast iron skillet, mix together sausage, hamburger and grated pepperoni. Add 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, wine and butter. Cook until meats are browned.
- Once browned, add meat mixture to sauce.
- Cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a slow boil, stirring at regular intervals to keep the bottom of pot from burning. Slow boil at least 30 minutes (the longer the slow boil, the better the sauce).
- Add sugar and meat balls. Lower heat and simmer at least 30 minutes, gently stirring at intervals to keep bottom of pot from burning.
- Turn off heat. Add favorite cooked noodles to pot. Cover and let sit for an additional 15 minutes to get sauce flavoring all through noodles.

Personal Notes:
If using sliced pepperoni’s cut them up as small as possible.
