10 lbs. potatoes, coarsely grated, put in water to remove starch to make 16 c.
4 onions, finely chopped.
14 eggs, well beaten
8 T. Matzoh meal
8 tsp. Mrs. Dash salt
1 tsp. baking powder
pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
After grating potatoes, removing the starch after putting in water (then take out of water), add eggs, onion, matzoh meal, Mrs. Dash salt, baking powder and some pepper: mix well.

Drop in small amounts on very hot skillet using liberal amounts of oil.
Serve with sour cream and applesauce.
