2 quarts tomatos
2 bell peppers (green, red or yellow)
4 jalepeno peppers (the seeds make it hotter!)
1 large garlic (or pre-chopped ready to use)
¾ cup vinegar
½-¾ cup brown sugar (depends on what you like)
2-3 tsp pickle salt (depends on how salty you want it!)
1 t chili powder

Directions:

Boil in large pot for 1½ to 2 hours or until thick.
Let cool to room temp before serving.
