3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Cup Water
2 Tbs Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Oil

Filling:
2 - 8oz Packages of Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
6 oz Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Mix all batter ingredients together.

Mix 1st four filling ingredients together until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix with spoon.

Drop 1 Tbs of cake batter into each wrapper. The drop 1 tsp filling in each wrapper.

Bake 10-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
