1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 whole loaf Italian bread
5 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In 13" x 9" cake pan, melt 1/2 c butter and brown sugar over low heat on stove.
Add cinnamon and stir well. Cut bread into 12 thick slices and arrange six slices in pan with six slices on top. Scramble eggs and milk together and pour mixture evenly over top.
Let set overnight. Turn stacked bread slices over and then bake at 325º for 25 min & then 350º for 5 min.
