3 lbs chicken
1 c flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then flour. Fry in butter until cooked and crispy.
3. Place cooked chicken in casserole dish. Pour sauce over top.
4. Bake at 350F for 20 min
